Common Support Questions

When can I change my Medicare plan?

You can change plans during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 - December 7) or during the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (January 1 - March 31). Some life events may qualify you for a Special Enrollment Period.

What if my doctor is no longer in my plan's network?

This may qualify you for a Special Enrollment Period, allowing you to change plans. Contact us immediately so we can help you find a plan that includes your doctor.

How do I file an appeal if my claim was denied?

We'll walk you through the appeals process step by step. Call us, and we'll help you understand why the claim was denied and guide you through filing an appeal.

Is there a fee for member support services?

No! All our support services are completely free. We're compensated by the insurance companies, so there's never a cost to you for our assistance.
